Catholic Eldercare on Main offers 24-hour skilled nursing care. Residents enjoy comfortable, semi-private rooms with a spacious shared bathroom. The generously sized rooms have plenty of room for treasured furnishings and mementos, and the thoughtful room design ensures the resident’s need for privacy.
Recognizing that each individual is unique, an interdisciplinary team of caregivers collaborates with the resident, their family and physician to develop and coordinate an individualized care plan. This plan is designed with utmost support for the residents’ personal needs and wishes.
