Senior Housing Options in MinneapolisBuilding on the rich tradition of Catholic healthcare, we offer a variety of Catholic housing options for your or your loved one's needs. Though we're known as Catholic Eldercare, all faiths are welcome. We have a number of programs available so you can find the ideal fit for your particular housing situation. Senior Independent LivingFor seniors who cherish their independence and desire a community atmosphere, Catholic Eldercare has two outstanding options. At our 1101 on Main luxury apartment homes and our RiverVillage North independent living apartments, residents can live without assistance in a variety of unique units. These communities offer a strong social element—as they're meant specifically for older adults, residents of 1101 on Main and RiverVillage North will have plenty of neighbors of similar age and experience. Our senior independent living housing options offer a wide array of fabulous amenities, including fully equipped kitchens, available party rooms, and fantastic locations. Visit our Independent Living page for more information. Assisted LivingCatholic Eldercare's MainStreet Lodge and RiverVillage East are ideal options for seniors who don't require around-the-clock monitoring, but who are not safe living alone. Residents of these communities live in their own apartments—a variety of layouts are available—with the benefits of healthcare assistance, group activities, housekeeping and some laundry services, mass at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (MainStreet Lodge) and St. Hedwig Catholic Church (RiverVillage East), and restaurant-style meals served in the congregate dining room. Additional services are also available, with residents paying only for what they need. Visit Assisted Living for more information. Skilled Nursing CareElderly adults who require 24-hour monitoring and day-to-day living assistance can count on Catholic Eldercare on Main for their nursing home needs. Catholic Eldercare on Main offers 24-hour skilled nursing care, with a full team of caregivers, nurses, therapists and other trained staff members. Our facility also provides individualized care plans and assigned personal aides, to give residents the best, most personalized care possible. And, with ample opportunities for socialization, including group activities and regular communal meals, Catholic Eldercare on Main is designed to satisfy residents' emotional and psychological needs as well as their medical ones. Visit our Skilled Nursing Care page for more information. Memory Care FacilitiesCatholic Eldercare offers two housing options for seniors with Alzheimer's, memory loss or dementia. Catholic Eldercare on Main's memory care floor provides full memory care treatment, with an expertly trained staff, individualized care plans, assigned personal aides, activity programming and more. It is designed for elders with more serious symptoms, and provides the close supervision and regimented care these residents need. Catholic Eldercare's RiverVillage East facility offers assisted living for seniors with early- to middle-stage memory loss. Residents live in their own private apartments and enjoy their independence in a safe, comfortable environment, but have a team of qualified staff members nearby to quickly respond to any emergency situation. Visit the Memory Care page for more information. Adult Day ProgramOur Catholic Eldercare by Day program offers the perfect way for seniors who live at home with their spouse or caregiver to "get out of the house" for the day, while also allowing the caregiver personal time to do errands or relax. Our facility is open Monday through Friday, and offers nutritious meals, daily exercise, socialization, health services and education, and a wide array of other stimulating activities to help seniors live a balanced and fulfilling life. Catholic Eldercare by day helps focus the mind, body and spirit to promote healthy living and personal independence. Visit the Adult Day Program page for more information. Continuum of CareCatholic Eldercare offers a complete continuum of care, including independent living facilities, our adult day program, assisted living, skilled nursing care, memory care facilities, and rehabilitation services. When an older adult desires or is in need of one of our housing options, he or she will be comfortable knowing that they will be able to "age in place." Once a senior is a resident or client in any one of our programs or residences, he or she will have priority in moving, if they so choose or need, to other Catholic Eldercare residences as soon as there is an opening. For example, a client utilizing our adult day program will have priority placement in moving into one of our assisted living residences, if the need should arise. Contact Catholic Eldercare today to learn more about one or all of our multiple housing options. |
