Memory CareCatholic Eldercare On Main For elders with dementia, Catholic Eldercare On Main’s memory-care floor provides an environment of comfort, acceptance and freedom where dignity is cherished and lives are enhanced. Our dedicated memory care staff is continually educated and trained in how to best interact with residents in a careful, respectful manner. Activity programming is specifically designed to nurture and encourage each individual to live each day to the fullest. Recognizing that each individual is unique, an interdisciplinary team of caregivers collaborates with the resident, their family and physician to develop and coordinate an individualized care plan. This plan is designed with utmost support for the residents’ personal needs and wishes. Residents benefit from assigned personal aides, a commitment that strengthens the caregiver relationship and enhances the staff’s understanding of the resident’s wants and needs.
