Human Resources Manager
Catholic Eldercare has an immediate opening for a FT human resources manager responsible for all functions of the Human Resources Department including, benefit administration, worker's compensation, unemployment, production of job descriptions, administration of performance review system, salary surveys, coordination of the recruiting and hiring process, orientation for new employees, training, EEO compliance, affirmative action policy and reporting, updating policy and procedures and management of personnel records.

The position requires a minimum of five years generalist experience with a BS degree in human resources or a related field. PHR Certification and previous experience in a long term care setting desirable.

The position qualifies for a complete benefit package including medical, dental, life, supplemental life and long term disability insurance; 403(b) with partial match, holiday and vacation pay.

Cook
We have an opening for an experienced cook to fill a part time position in our assisted living. The position is every other weekend and some holidays from 9:30am-6pm. Duties include preparing lunch and dinner for approximately 80 people. The cook has responsibility for the entire kitchen including supervision of staff. Other shifts working as a dining aide may be available.
